Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

Hey there!

I have another recipe for you today! This is one of my favorite meals because I LOVE stuffing. We eat a lot of red meat so this gives my household some variety. Like all of the recipes I’ve posted so far, it’s extremely easy to make.

Servings: About 6

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts (defrosted*)

  • 1 cup of sour cream

  • 2 boxes of stuffing mix (chicken)

  • 1 large can of cream of chicken soup (22.6 OZ)

  • 1 small package of frozen green beans

  1. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray

  2. Place chicken breasts in crockpot

  3. Add stuffing on top of chicken breasts

  4. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup together

  5. Spread mixture over top of stuffing

  6. Add green beans for the top layer

  7. Pour one cup of water on top of the mix (add less if you like your stuffing dry)

  8. Let cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours

Note: fluff the stuffing half way through with a fork
